Let the BodiesLet the Bodies by J. Edward Neill

I came across this short story on Twitter and had to check it out. The story centers around a place where people keep disappearing, and no one knows exactly what happened to them. The author tells the story through the eyes of a young girl who is watching it all happen. I loved the perspective, and the author did a great job of building the tension. I don’t want to say too much for fear of spoilers, but I will say that the ending hit me hard. A very enjoyable and fast read for anyone who enjoys horror/suspense stories.
