This is something a little bit different from Marni, and I really enjoyed it. It’s the story of an actress who finds her entire world in chaos when a scandal goes viral. It’s got a lot of the things you’d expect from Marni’s: interesting characters, great interactions, engaging plot. But this one’s a lot lighter in tone than most of her other work, and I think it’s a cool change of pace. I loved following James through her PR crisis, as well as watching her relationship with Brett develop. Looking forward to seeing what she’s got in store for her next project.
